ARO Wildlife is a family-owned Texas-based operation built on deep roots, shared values, and a lifelong passion for the outdoors. Amy and Michael were born and raised in Texas and began building their life together in 1999. That foundation grew into a family centered around land stewardship, hard work, and respect for wildlife.
Their love for the outdoors shaped the way Anthony and Alexis were raised, growing up alongside the operation and learning firsthand what it means to care for animals, manage land, and work together as a family. What began as a small Texas hunting and outfitter operation evolved as the family gained experience and a broader perspective within the exotic wildlife industry.
Over time, the focus shifted beyond hunting to breeding programs, improving genetics, and working closely with live animals through every stage of care and management. That evolution defines ARO Wildlife today.
We are proud of what we have built together as a family and remain committed to ethical practices, healthy animals, and lasting partnerships within the exotic wildlife community.

At ARO Wildlife, we support ranch programs through ethical breeding, responsible herd management, and hands on involvement at every stage of an operation. Our work is rooted in long term thinking, from animal health and genetics to land stewardship and sustainable growth.
We raise and work with a wide range of exotic species, including Nyala, Springbok, Dama Gazelle, Impala, Wildebeest, Fallow, Arabian Oryx, and Addax. In addition to our breeding programs, we manage and support ranches with diverse species inventories, allowing us to provide surplus animals and sourcing opportunities throughout the year.
Above all, we focus on doing things the right way, with care for the animals, respect for the land, and strong partnerships built on trust and transparency.
